It has a strong Hindu influence and has more than 20,000 temples. Bali has a rich culture of dance, music, art, architecture, and festivals. A trip around the island is highly recommended. Most villages are around half a day away by road, so it is worthwhile to hire a car, jeep or moped get around these places.
